Job Description
Overview
- Respond to internal employee IT inquiries and provide technical assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems for employees.
- Assist in setting up and configuring workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
- Monitor and manage IT assets, including computer systems and software licenses.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and provide self-help resources for employees.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement IT projects and system upgrades.
- Web hosting and maintenance of clients projects.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of any IT-related course.
- Open to fresh graduates with excellent scholastic records.
- Amenable to a hybrid work set-up.
- Open to work in Ayala, Makati.
- Can start ASAP.
