Job Description

Overview

  • Respond to internal employee IT inquiries and provide technical assistance.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems for employees.
  • Assist in setting up and configuring workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Monitor and manage IT assets, including computer systems and software licenses.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and provide self-help resources for employees.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement IT projects and system upgrades.
  • Web hosting and maintenance of clients projects.

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of any IT-related course.
  • Open to fresh graduates with excellent scholastic records.
  • Amenable to a hybrid work set-up.
  • Open to work in Ayala, Makati.
  • Can start ASAP.
