Paid Advertising Specialist (Meta, Google Ads, Tiktok)

Job Description

Campaign Planning and Strategy:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand advertising objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop comprehensive advertising strategies based on client goals, budget constraints, and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.

Media Planning and Buying:

  • Develop and manage JO based on the objectives and goals
  • Select appropriate digital channels for advertising campaigns, such as social media platforms, search engines, display networks, and more.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with media vendors and platforms to secure favorable ad placements and pricing.
  • Develop media plans that allocate budget effectively across different channels to maximize reach and impact.

Ad Creation and Design:

  • Collaborate with creative teams (internal and external) to develop compelling ad creatives that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
  • Optimize ad copy, visuals, and formats based on performance data and industry best practices.
  • Ensure that ad creatives comply with platform guidelines and standards.

Campaign Execution and Monitoring:

  • Implement and launch advertising campaigns across selected channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real time, analyzing key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights into key metrics and trends.
  • Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of different advertising strategies and make recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Budget Management:

  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Track and report budget utilization, providing insights into the cost-effectiveness of various campaigns.
  • Reporting and management of budget to internal stakeholders and PurpleBug’s Finance Department

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, new advertising technologies, and changes in platform algorithms.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance campaign strategies and adopt innovative approaches.

 

SKILLS REQUIREMENT AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree Marketing-related course. 
  • With at least 6 months of professional experience in Paid advertising.
  • Knowledgeable in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or Search Engine Marketing.
  • Proven experience in digital content strategy, creation, and management within a similar role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring consistent brand messaging and quality content.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, solve problems, and drive innovative content initiatives.
  • Familiarity with user-generated content strategies and community engagement tactics.
  • Can start as soon as possible.
  • Amenable to HYBRID work arrangement.
