JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execute high-quality design tasks for various digital assets such as digital ads, landing pages, and websites.
• Understand client's brand guidelines, analyze existing design assets to inform design decisions and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with campaigns, digital, brand, and development teams.
• Translate design concepts into visually appealing and interactive designs.
• Execution and adaptation of design assets across multiple platforms.
• Support in the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure brand consistency.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, or equivalent.
• Open to fresh graduates with extensive background in website design during internships or projects.
• Applicant must be proficient in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ayala, Makati City on a hybrid work arrangement.
• Background in Motion graphics and photo editing is a plus.
• Must be amenable to start as soon as possible.
