Job Description
Recruitment and Onboarding
· Recruiting staff and interns by preparing job descriptions and job advertisements.
· Coordinating with respective heads for technical assessments.
· Shortlisting applicants for interview, technical assessments, and placement.
· Pre-employment requirements processing and filing.
Training and Development Career Planning
· Maintain training database tracker.
· Provide assistance to onboarding and internal training administration
Performance Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation
· Monitoring of probationary employees for evaluation.
· Manage upward evaluation.
Compensation and Benefits Administration
· Preparation of employee payslip.
· Manage and monitor non-monetary benefits such as HMO, life insurance, and leave credits.
Employee and Team Engagement and Culture Management
· Monitoring of employee birthdays, regularization, promotion, and milestones.
· Lead weekly townhall meeting
· Midyear, annual, and quarterly company activities administration.
· Send email greetings to each birthday and anniversary celebrants.
Policies, Labor Laws, and Occupational Safety and Health Regulations
· Attend DOLE Basic Occupational Safety and Health program as needed
· Complete Red Cross training as First-aider
HR Planning
· Monitor attendance, leave, absences on a weekly basis.
· Leave filing management and coordination with respective managers
Resource management and Office Administration
· Close coordination with all company suppliers.
· Manage company equipment incident report
· Budget requisition and fund management for all office administration
· Coordination with building administration.
· Maintain office cleanliness
· Manage accountability forms
· All printing, filing, and scanning
Partners Acquisition Development
· Proposal filing and management
· Budget request and new suppliers coordination
· Manage the renewal of HMO and Life Insurance contract
Internship Management
· Serves as point of contact for all internship concerns.
· Sending internship opportunity to active partners
· Monitoring of reports, timekeeping, tracker, attendance
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Open to fresh graduate with good scholastic background.
- Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Preferably knowledgeable in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Training and Development, and Administrative functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficient in HR information systems or MS Office applications
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to multitask and prioritize, effectively
- Passion for supporting and developing people within an organization.
