Job Description
Recruitment and Onboarding
· Conduct initial interview.
· Oversee daily recruitment activities and reporting.
· Job Offer and pre-employment contract preparation
· Job Offer discussion
· Employee onboarding orientation
Training and Development Career Planning
· Strategizing with the management regarding appropriate training program
· Management reminder and report about employee external training/certifications.
· Attending Weekly Ops reporting
Performance Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation
· Monitor employee performance of each department.
· Annual review of Key Performance Indicator evaluation sheet of all departments.
· Provide recommendation of employee status in the organization.
· Promotion processing
Compensation and Benefits Administration
· Oversee compensation and benefits management and approval.
· Monitor all salary and benefit trackers and reports.
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
· Develop and implement policies on workplace issues such as disciplinary procedures, absence management, working condition, and performance management.
· Manage HR 101/team discussion as needed.
· Organize and manage midyear and annual individual discussion
· Conduct employee exit Interview
Employee and Team Engagement and Culture Management
· Promotion and career path orientation anually and during onboarding.
· Spearheading company activities such as teambuilding, Christmas Party, Anniversary Party, and quarterly activities.
· PurpleBug Values onboarding and annual discussion including Gender sensitivity issue, harrassment, diversity, etc.
Policies, Labor Laws, and Occupational Safety and Health Regulations
· Constantly monitor, review, and apply updated labor policies to company handbook, programs, and benefits.
· Represent the company in case of labor dispute.
· Coordination with partner corporate lawyer as needed.
· Ensure the compliance to DOLE and OSH program.
HR Planning
· Lead Human Resource Strategic planning, Business Review, and Operations Committee discussion.
· Develop overall HR planning strategies
· Discuss new policies, HR programs, and strategies every January.
· Oversee manpower productivity and performance.
Industry Benchmarking
· Quarterly presentation to the management
· Evaluate and present proposals that will benefit the organization
Resource management and Office Administration
· Office budget management and approval
· Overall in-charge in office management
Partners Acquisition Development
· Approval of proposals
· Ensure complete and updated contract of HMO and Life insurance
Internship Management
· Ensure complete headcount
· Approval of internship activities
· Report to management the overall status of internship programs and attendance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- With background in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Training and Development, and Administrative functions.
- With strong background of HR best practices, labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office applications
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to multitask and prioritize, effectively
