Job Description

Content Direction and Quality Assurance:

  • Provide content direction for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice, style, and messaging.
  • Oversee quality assurance for all content, maintaining consistency and upholding brand standards.
  • Guide the team in creating engaging and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Can create, curate, and optimize content for various platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • QA reports and conducts data analysis to track performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly.
  • Understand creative materials or have basic graphic design knowledge to ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines.

Community Management and Engagement:

  • Maintain a high level of community management by actively engaging with the audience, addressing queries, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Develop and refine content copies to resonate with the community, driving engagement and brand loyalty.

Campaign Conceptualization and Execution:

  • Drive the ideation and development of digital brand campaigns, collaborating on innovative concepts and strategies for social media content.
  • Implement user-centric approaches to enhance user-generated content and leverage it effectively within campaigns.
  • Contribute to pitch development and strategy sessions, integrating creative ideas into campaign proposals.

Project and People Management:

  • Manage content projects, ensuring timeline and quality standards are met, even in the absence of the manager.
  • Assists the team and oversees content creation in line with strategic directives.
  • Utilize excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate strategies, campaign concepts, and performance reports to stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION 

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree related to Marketing. 
  • Must have at least 1-year of experience in Content Editing and proofreading.
  • Background as a Content Editor in a Digital Marketing company is a plus.
  • Expertise in quality assurance methodologies within content creation and management.
  • Proven experience in digital content strategy, creation, and management within a similar role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring consistent brand messaging and quality content.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, solve problems, and drive innovative content initiatives.
  • Familiarity with user-generated content strategies and community engagement tactics.
  • Proficiency in project management, people leadership, presentation, pitch development, and strategic planning.
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up.
