Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

 Keyword Research:

● Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords in the target industry.

● Analyze user search intent and trends to inform content creation and optimization strategies.

 

On-Page Optimization:

● Optimize website content, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and body text, for selected keywords.

● Implement best practices for URL structure, internal linking, and other on-page elements to enhance search engine visibility.

 

Technical SEO:

● Conduct technical audits to identify and address issues affecting website performance in search engines.

● Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability to improve overall technical SEO.

 

Content Strategy:

● Develop and execute content strategies that align with SEO goals and user intent.

● Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content that naturally incorporates targeted keywords.

 

Link Building:

● Develop and implement link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.

● Foster relationships with industry influencers and other websites for link-building opportunities.

 

Competitor Analysis:

● Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the SEO landscape.

● Stay informed about industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms.

 

Analytics and Reporting:

● Use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to monitor and analyze website performance.

● Generate regular reports on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.

● Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

 

Local SEO:

● Optimize local business profiles on platforms like Google My Business for better visibility in local search results.

● Implement local SEO strategies, including local keyword targeting and online reviews management.

 

Algorithm Updates and Adaptation:

● Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices.

● Adapt SEO strategies to align with changes in algorithms and search engine guidelines.

 

Education and Collaboration:

● Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to SEO.

● Educate internal teams on SEO best practices and the importance of SEO in overall digital strategy.

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Open to fresh graduates with internship background in SEO.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in On-page and Off-page Search Engine Optimization.
  • Experience with content writing, building backlinks, and optimizing web pages is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of how local search works and best practices
  • Experience in creating SEO plans.
  • Great overall research and analytics skills
  • Knowledge of different SEO tools.
  • Experience in using MOZ is an advantage.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati on a hybrid work set-up.
  • In-depth understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidate must be available to start as soon as possible
  • 1 Full-Time position is available
