Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and software development processes.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) is a plus.
- Familiarity with API integrations, ERP systems, or CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft office or Google Workspace and tools.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) is a plus.
- Experience in specific IT domains such as cloud computing, AI/ML, or cybersecurity is a plus.
- Familiarity with programming languages or database management is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements for technical teams.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Work with Project Managers to create and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear communication on project progress, risks, and challenges.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to design technical solutions that align with business requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Work with QA teams to validate that the delivered solution meets the agreed requirements.
- Assist in creating training materials, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for Agile projects.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and assess the success of the project.
- Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) to analyze trends, identify insights, and support decision-making.
