Job Description
Formulation of Marketing Strategies and Planning (Campaign Production):
- Brainstorm, develop, and execute marketing strategies aligned with client goals and KPI objectives.
- Coordinate campaign production, ensuring timely execution and adherence to strategy.
Research, Monitoring and Analysis:
- Conduct research, analyze market trends, and gather insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on gathered insights.
- Identify and propose new opportunities and innovative approaches based on research findings.
Online Events Management
- Lead the planning and execution of engaging online events to promote brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas for online events, ensuring they align with marketing objectives and target audience interests.
- Coordinate promotional strategies, content creation, and engagement tactics to maximize event attendance and participation.
- Oversee technical aspects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth running of online events.
Permits Application Processing:
- Manage permits application processes, including DTI and ASC permits required for content creation and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to content publication.
Pitch Development and Presentation:
- Brainstorm and develop pitches for potential clients, presenting compelling strategies and solutions.
- Utilize strong presentation skills to communicate ideas effectively.
Social Media Management with Page Moderation and Reports Analysis
- Prepare and implement campaigns and strategies for assigned client accounts, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
- Monitor competitors' activities and analyze trends to identify opportunities and potential threats.
- Oversee and manage clients' digital presence and online reputation.
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries across various social media platforms.
- Engage in community management, fostering positive interactions and addressing user queries and concerns effectively.
- Ensure minimal quality assurance standards are met across digital content and campaigns.
- Create and curate social media reports, analyzing data and deriving actionable insights.
- Utilize presentation skills to convey analytical findings effectively.
Understanding of Content Format and Platform (CMS, Social Media):
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and various social media platforms, understanding their nuances and best practices.
Internal and External Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Basic Graphic Design Skills:
- Familiarity with basic graphic design tools like Capcut, Canva, or Adobe for creating visual content.
